Lyra offers a modular approach to personal training. One-on-one coaching is one of the best ways to guarantee a personalized approach to your own fitness goals—but the price can be unsustainable. By offering separate components that you can assemble as needed, the goal is to help you progress at a commitment level that is sustainable for both client and coach.

Lyra can also work with small, cohesive groups—so if you have a training partner or small group with similar goals and needs, custom programming can be arranged!

Lyra currently offers primarily remote training which utilizes app-based logging and measurement tools to communicate, deliver programming, and to track and monitor progress. Occasionally, in person sessions can be arranged.

Lyra strives to pass on the knowledge needed to ultimately drive your own training, helping you learn to weave all kinds of movement into your lifestyle for sustained health and fitness. Programming includes access to the TrueCoach app for delivery of daily, personalized programming, all in one place. There you will also have access to:

  • Instructional videos from coach Lyra to teach movements and techniques

  • In-app text/photo/video messaging for questions and movement coaching

  • Updates and adjustments to programming made as-needed, weekly or bi-weekly

*MOVEmentum focuses on 1:1 coaching, but this can be cost-prohibitive. If you have a group with comparable goals and needs, and you would enjoy training in more of a team setting, we are happy to make a plan to suit your group!
